Three
formats.
One standard.
Pick the version that fits your life. The work doesn't compromise — the format does.
THE 1:1
Solo. Bespoke. The fastest line from where you are to what you came for.
- → You want the fastest possible progress curve
- → You value privacy and a tailored room
- → You've tried group/online and need higher accountability
The 1:1 is the unfiltered version of what we do. You, me, and the floor. Every session is built around your body that week — the soreness you carried in, the sleep you didn't get, the win from Tuesday that we're about to layer on.
We open with a movement screen and a baseline strength check. From there I write your programming in real time, week over week, calibrated to the goal you set on day one — whether that's toning up, building muscle and endurance, or chasing pure bodyweight strength like your first pull-up, pistol squat, or handstand.
What makes the 1:1 different from a generic personal-training session is the discipline behind it. Calisthenics demands honesty: there's no machine to hide behind, no weight to make excuses about. The metric is you. The proof is the rep you couldn't do last week, done today.
If you've tried before and quit, if you've never started, if you're the strongest person in your friend group and still not where you want to be — the 1:1 meets you exactly where you are and refuses to leave you there.
THE PAIR
Train with your person. Built-in accountability. Built-in witness.
- → You and your person both want in
- → You suspect accountability is your missing variable
- → You want a shared goal, not a shared excuse
The Pair is calisthenics coaching for two people who agree to show up for each other. A spouse, a sibling, a best friend, a workout buddy you've been threatening to start training with for three years — pick one. The format unlocks something a solo session can't.
Sessions are designed so both partners progress at their own ceiling while sharing the room. You will not be slowed down by the other person and you will not slow them down. What you will do is watch each other do something hard, every single week.
I program for both of you. I track both of you. I coach you as individuals inside the same hour — which means you get the full attention of a real trainer and the irreplaceable accountability of someone who knows whether or not you skipped Tuesday.
Couples who train together stay consistent at nearly twice the rate of solo clients in their first ninety days. That's not a marketing line, that's just retention math. The Pair is the format that makes consistency the path of least resistance.
30-DAY ONRAMP
Four weeks of calisthenics fundamentals. Built for the version of you who keeps saying 'Monday.'
- → You've never trained or it's been years
- → You want community, not a contract
- → You need momentum before you commit long-term
The 30-Day Onramp is the door I built for the people most other programs forget about — the people who genuinely don't know where to start, who walked into a big-box gym once and walked right back out, who have been postponing their own life Monday after Monday.
Four weeks. Small group. Calisthenics fundamentals taught in the order they actually make sense in. By the end of week one you'll understand what a clean push, pull, hinge, squat, and brace really are. By the end of week four you'll be able to put those into a session you could run on your own anywhere in the world.
The Onramp is structured so nobody is the weakest person in the room — because everyone in it started this month. The group becomes its own engine. People show up not because of me but because of the person two mats over who said they'd be there.
Most Onramp graduates roll into The 1:1 or The Pair to keep their momentum. Some take what they learned and run with it on their own. Either is a win. The point of the Onramp is to get the first thirty days behind you — the only thirty days that ever really mattered.
